Construction of new two-storey stone dwelling, with vaulted Glulam beam roof construction, curtain wall glazing and galleried area. Construction of new drive and external works, including new sewerage treatment plant and drainage.

The scope of the work

This was a bespoke, purpose-built stone farmhouse of traditional construction, eco-joists with underfloor heating to the first floor, exposed Glulam beam vaulted roof and gallery kitchen area to the ground floor. The Building Partnership Ltd was engaged as the main contractor and carried out this project to comply with the construction design and management regulations. The internal finishes were of a very high standard as specified.

Brief scope of the work

The project was a standalone new build for the commercial sector, completed to a very high standard of finish, complete with all fixtures and fittings and incorporated a new solar panel design for energy efficiency. The construction was of a traditional build, with external materials chosen to blend in with the existing surrounding environment.
